In the event of a refusal by the passenger to jump and exit the aircraft, no refunds or repeat attempts will be given.

Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and lace up shoes (e.g. trainers), failure to wear the correct clothing may result in you being unable to jump.

It is GoSkydive’s policy to ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave the premises. Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to jump. The rules and regulations of the centre and airfield must be adhered to at all times.

It is vital that you arrive at the tandem skydive centre by the allocated arrival time in order to complete the training and administration. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your booking fee and being unable to carry out your jump.

DEPOSIT AND BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings are refundable within 14 days of original purchase date minus deposit.  All deposits are non-refundable. All booking are valid for 12 months from date of payment. Extending the booking for 12 months is an additional £30 cost.

You may reschedule the date of your jump at anytime for no extra charge as long as it is not within 7 days of your jump date. Rescheduling within 7 days of your jump date is subject to an administration fee of £50.

Once you have arrived on site and have completed all your induction paperwork, payments are not refundable or transferable. All administration is necessary and must be completed before jumping. Paperwork is valid for 12 months from the date signed.

GoSkydive require full balance payments 7 days before your scheduled jump date. This can be paid on your personal page or via the telephone. All payments on site must be made with card – we do not accept American Express.

VOUCHER CANCELLATION AND VALIDITY POLICY

  1. Validity Period
    10,000ft,12,000ft (redeemable at Headcorn only) and 15,000ft Gift Experience vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. The voucher must be redeemed and a jump date booked before the expiry date. Once a date has been booked, all standard Terms and Conditions apply.
  2. Extension of Validity
    Vouchers may be extended for an additional 12 months for a fee of £30. The extension must be requested before the original expiry date.
  3. Delivery
    DHL Next Day delivery is available on orders made before 1pm Monday–Friday. Orders made after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
  4. Voucher Use and Restrictions
    • Each voucher is valid only for the specific time period (Peak or Off-Peak) and day type (Monday & Friday or Weekend) stated at the time of purchase.
    • Should a customer wish to redeem their voucher for a jump that falls outside the valid time period or day type stated on their voucher — including those purchased via agencies or third-party suppliers — they must pay the price difference to upgrade to the applicable full value.
    • Example 1: A voucher for a Monday/Friday Off-Peak 10,000ft Skydive valued at £229 cannot be redeemed for a Weekend Peak Skydive (£269) without paying the £40 difference.
    • Example 2: If the voucher was purchased during a discount or sale period, the original discounted price will apply when calculating the difference. For instance, if the same voucher was purchased at 20% off (£183.20) and the customer wishes to book a Weekend Peak Skydive (£269), the difference payable will be £85.80.
    • GoSkydive reserves the right to adjust prices and define Peak/Off-Peak periods at its discretion.
  5. Refund Policy
    All gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and hold no alternative cash value. It is the customer’s responsibility to organise and complete a jump date within the validity period of the voucher.

    • Refunds (minus deposit) will only be considered if the intended voucher recipient has a medical condition that prevents them from skydiving, and upon production of the official British Skydiving medical form signed by a medical professional.
    • Excluding this exception, vouchers are strictly non-refundable and not suitable for resale.

MEDICAL FORMS

It is important that you read through the 115a British Skydiving Medical Forms and should you then require the 115B British Skydiving Medical Form this will need to be signed by your GP before completing your skydive. Failure to bring this will result in you being unable to jump.

Some disabilities may need an assessment at the centre prior to the jump date by our Chief Instructor. Please contact our team if you require further assistance with this.

AGE & WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS

At GoSkydive our sites may have various weight limits depending on the location that you’ll be skydiving at. Due to higher operational costs, there will be a surcharge for people over 15 stone. 15-16 stone £10 per person, 16-17 stone £20 per person and 17-18 stone £30 per person.

SALISBURY & SWANSEA – The maximum weight for a tandem student is 18 stone (114kg) fully clothed with weight being in proportion to height.

The National Governing Body for Skydiving (sport parachuting) – British Skydiving regulations state that the minimum age to participate in Skydiving is 16 years old.

Anyone between the age of 16 and 18 must have the British Skydiving Membership Agreement Form (Parental Consent Form) signed. They will also need the Tandem Medical Declaration of Fitness Form witnessed by a parent or legal guardian (unless GP declaration form needed). Please ensure you bring both forms, signed, with you on the day of your jump as failure to do so will mean you won’t be able to jump with us.

Valuable Items

Participants are strongly advised not to bring or wear valuable items—including jewellery, designer eyewear, or other high-cost personal belongings— GoSkydive will not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

 

WEATHER

Your skydive experience will last approximately 3-5 hours. However skydiving is a weather dependent activity and we ask that you allow the full day in case of delays.

GoSkydive cannot accept any responsibility for the changing or postponing of days of operation due to unsuitable skydiving weather or other factors outside of our control.

We do not issue refunds due to bad weather but will reschedule your jump free of charge.  Your skydive booking is valid for a year and it is your responsibility to ensure that you skydive within the year of your skydive purchase date.

GoSkydive reserve the right to change the order of the tandem skydives on the day without prior notice.

If you are within a year of the booking date and more than 7 days from your jump date you can cancel your booking but will lose any deposits/booking fee that you have paid. If you booked over a year ago or your jump is less than 7 days away, you are not entitled to any refund. Anybody who has attended the centre and has completed their introduction and paperwork is not entitled to a refund and must skydive within 1 year of completing the paperwork. No extensions will be given.

MEDIA PACKAGES

In the unlikely event of a full video and/or photo failure, a refund will be issued for the payment thereof; however, no refund or re-jump will be issued for the tandem skydive itself. Due to the nature of skydiving, certain aspects of the media are not guaranteed (e.g. landing footage), as safety is our primary concern.

Purchased media will be sent via a link to the email address provided at the time of booking. You must download your media package within 30 days of your jump, after which it will expire and no longer be accessible. Media files can be downloaded on a computer using a Wi-Fi connection. GoSkydive does not provide hard copies of digital media. While we aim to supply your media on the same day as your jump, this cannot be guaranteed.

If you do not wish for your media to be shared on GoSkydive’s social channels or marketing materials, please inform the team on the day or email info@goskydive.com.

Refund Policy for Media Packages

  • Media and camera packages are linked directly to the tandem skydive product purchased. Refunds cannot be split across products.
  • A part-refund (for example, a refund for a media package without refunding the skydive itself) will not be issued under any circumstances.
  • Note: When a camera package is purchased, a trained camera operator must be booked specifically to accompany that customer on the same aircraft. This requires advance scheduling and resource allocation, including the assignment of instructors based on customer weight, ability, and aircraft balance. These operational requirements mean that camera bookings form an integral part of the full skydiving product and therefore are non-separable for refund purposes.
  • If a jump is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or operational reasons, the media package will automatically transfer to the new booking date.

CHARITY

If fundraising for a good cause, we offer a £25 discount off 10,000ft and 15,000ft jumps. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and/ or promotions.

If you are jumping for a partnered charity, you will need to liaise directly with the charity regarding your fundraising. If you do not hit the required fundraising target, you will be required to pay the remaining balance yourself.

Please refer to your chosen partnered charity page to see your target.

If you are jumping for a charity we are not partnered with, or a partnered charity without a target, it is your responsibility to pay for the full jump cost yourself unless otherwise agreed from the charity themselves.

DISCOUNTS

All discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other offers and/ or promotions.

For multiple jumps, we offer discounts off 10,000ft and 15,000ft jumps only. If you book a 2nd tandem skydive, we will discount this by £60 off and if you book a 3rd tandem skydive, we will discount this by £100.

This must be completed within the same year as your original signed British Skydiving paperwork. If after this date, there will only be £30 off. These discounts are subject to change and can be withdrawn without notice.

We offer a ‘Share the Rush’ voucher which can only be purchased on the date of your jump at the centre once you have completed your skydive. This costs £10 is equal to a £50 deposit/booking fee voucher to be used towards a 10,000ft or 15,000ft jump for a friend/family member with validity for a year from purchase date. These discounts are subject to change and can be withdrawn without notice.

We offer group discounts for a team larger than 2 people. A group of 2-4 receive £10 off per person, 5-9 £20 off per person and 10+ £25 off per person. These discounts are only valid against a 10,000ft or 15,000ft jump.

If you quote a name of someone who you know has jumped before, we can take £30 off your 10,000ft or 15,000ft jump. This recommend a friend discount can only be used once, and is linked to the original jumpers booking.

LICENSING

All flights are provided by Parachuting Aircraft Limited who provide us with their highly skilled Pilot team as well as some of the best parachuting aircraft in the UK to get you to your skydiving height safely, quickly and in comfort. Each flight is invoiced separately which is included in the price of each candidates skydive. GoSkydive act as an intermediary between yourself as the skydiver and the British Skydiving, providing you with temporary membership to the British Skydiving and 3rdparty insurance.
