- You can add additional skydivers to your booking at any time, discounts will still apply, just speak to our team.
- Camera packages and altitude upgrades are available at any time including on the day
- You can amend your booking date up to 7 days before you jump
- All bookings are refundable within 7 days of original purchase date minus deposit, vouchers and deposits are non-refundable.
- Booking and vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of payment. Extending the booking or voucher for 12 months is an additional £30 cost.
- For vouchers a refund (minus deposit) will be given if the intended voucher recipient has a medical condition that prevents them from jumping, please speak to our team.
- The emails and contact numbers provided as part of your booking will be used to provide updates about your booking including weather updates as well other information as per our privacy policy, this information can also be found in your customer portal once booked. You can opt out at any time from updates by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
- Skydiving is a weather dependent activity, safety is our highest priority and we will update the weather from 5PM the day before you jump so be sure to check prior to your departure.
