Who we are

Orpheus is an independent specialist college in Surrey that increases the confidence and skills of young disabled adults through the performing arts. We believe that every young disabled person  should have the same opportunities as their non-disabled peers. We offer a holistic learning programme, a supported housing scheme and a domiciliary care service.

What we do

The Orpheus Centre offers lots of different courses and programmes to students of age 18-25 who have learning/physical impairments. All of these courses and programmes focus on young people gaining all the skills they need to live independently. Some of the programmes offered include:

1) A holistic learning programme

2) A supported housing scheme

3) A domiciliary care and support service

4) Offering supported housing, a learning programme and a domiciliary care service on site allows students to apply their learning to everyday aspects of life, whilst being supported by our      incredible team here at Orpheus

Why we need you

Orpheus is a registered charity, however with the ever growing funding shortfalls and the tough financial climate without the generosity and support of everybody, donors, volunteers, Orpheus would simply cease to exist.  The need for donations, volunteers and supporters is always and will always be a necessity to Orpheus succeeding in changing the life of young disabled adults.
