Who we are: ERIC is the leading charity dedicated to the bowel and bladder health of all children and teenagers in the UK.

What we do: ERIC works with children, teenagers, families and professionals to tackle the stigma, isolation and misunderstanding around children and teenagers’ bowel and bladder problems and helps them cope with or overcome life-impacting conditions like bedwetting, daytime wetting, constipation and soiling.

We provide expert support, information and understanding to children and teenagers and enable parents, carers and professionals to help them establish good bowel and bladder health via a confidential helpline and a website packed with life-changing information and free downloadable resources.

Why we need you: Over 1 in 12 children (equalling to almost a million boys and girls) experience these difficulties, causing social isolation during their important formative years and often contributing to bullying at school and punishment at home. This is a hidden problem throughout the UK and a much neglected area of child health. There is a significant gap in information and support for children and teenagers about these issues.
