Who we are:

We are a charity that supports vulnerable, homeless and marginalised people.  We help them transform their lives, providing accommodation and helping them gain the skills, confidence and opportunities to live a fulfilled life.

What we do:

Alabaré now offers support to over 3,000 people in need through its homes and services across the South and South West of England and Wales.  We provide specialist support for young mothers and their babies, people suffering from addictions, young people and those leaving the care system, those experiencing mental ill health, adults with learning difficulties, and Armed Forces Veterans who struggle to cope with life outside of the military.   We also run training courses and day activities at two Development Centres in Wiltshire.

Why we need you:

Volunteers are the lifeblood of our work here at Alabaré – we couldn’t do what we do without you.  Across the South West of England and Wales, hundreds of volunteers dedicate their time to our services for homeless adults, young people, veterans and those with learning disabilities.

Our volunteers also help at our fantastic charity events as well as being a crucial part of our retail teams, central services and fundraising activities.
